Steps:
1. Preparation: We review your agency's and adoption
country's documentation requirements with you and prepare an outline
on how your dossier will be prepared.
2. Acquisition: We coach you through the acquisition
of your various vital records and the preparation of required documents.
3. Homestudy Review: We work with your adoption and
homestudy agencies to assure that your homestudy meets the requirements
of your agency and your adoption country, confirming that the supporting
documents match the information in the homestudy.
4. Certification: We acquire certification on county
(if applicable) and state levels for all the notarized documents and
vital records you gather, keeping track of notary expiration dates,
etc. so you don't have to.
5. Authentication: Once all the dossier documents are
gathered and certified on the state level, we process them with the
appropriate Consulate or Embassy of your adoption country for authentication.
6.
Final Review: We review your completed dossier to assure that
it meets your adoption agency's and adoption country's requirements.
